When she started speaking, she frequently used to ask Calvin to find her Mommy until she realized that how Calvin had to stay away from her in search of her Mommy, and that was the thing she hated the most. She soon stopped asking, ‘Where is Mommy?’ and started to stay happy with just Calvin, whose world used to surround her.
She understood that Calvin might forget about the dinner date, but he never forgot any function of her school. He had a habit of coming late but never did he dropped Roselet a minute late her school. She had watched him doing all the things that her friend’s mother used to use for them, from cooking for her in the morning to feeding her with his own hand at night.
“Yes, I found out who your Mommy is now,” Calvin replied, looking at his daughter, who didn’t react immediately to that news. “What happened? Why are you silent?”
“Daddddyyyyyy…”
“Yes, love.”
“Now that you know who it is she? We will live together?” She asked, recalling how everyone lives with their Mommy and daddy.
“I’m not sure about that, love. I know what are you thinking right now. Everyone’s mom and dad stay together, but sometimes pups stay with different parents as well. For example, Artin lives with Caro and Artemis, who aren’t their real parents, but they love him like their own. In the same way, it’s not compulsory that all pups live with their real Mommy and daddy.”
“You should live with one who loves you for real,” Calvin explained to her softly and kept kissing her hand, making sure that she understood everything. “And as you already know that your real Mommy doesn’t even know about your existence because Moon Goddess gifted me with a princess, not her. That’s why she never came looking for you.”
“I know. Moon Goddess gifted you with me because you needed me more than Mommy did.”
“Exactly. And princess, I’m not sure but… but there is a chance that your real Mommy is already mated to someone else.”
Roselet thought over Calvin’s words for a while in her tiny mind while Calvin gave her the mind to process everything. “Daddddyyyy….”
“Yes, love.”
“I want to meet her,” Roselet said in a low tone. “Just for once, please. And I promise that I will keep it a secret that I’m her daughter from her like a movie.”
“You can’t secret from anyone like me, love.” Calvin chuckled, pinching her cheeks.
“I will. I will this time.” Roselet said in an excited tone. “Please, daddddyyyy. I’m your princess, right?”
“Fine. I knew that you would ask to meet her, and that’s your right as her daughter, but there are some ground rules. One, you will not leave me for your Mommy.”
“I won’t,” Roselet said, shaking her head.
“And you won’t start dreaming of seeing your mommy and daddy together because that won’t happen.” Calvin cleared it.
“I know,” Roselet replied. “She is already marked by someone else.” She added in an understanding way. She knew marking in werewolf was equal to marriage. “In that way, I have two daddies and one mommy.”
“Two daddies? Really, love?” Calvin growled, showing his fake anger. “No one is your daddy except me. Did you get that clear?”
“Calvin and Keanu are jealous.” Roselet giggled, kissing her father’s nose. “I have only one daddy and the best daddy in the world.”
“Hmm. Sound perfect, and sleep. You have school tomorrow.” Calvin said and patted her back softly, thinking of creating a situation where his love could get a chance to meet her Mommy.

“Daddyyy!!” Roselet asked her father, who woke up early in the morning for his training while she woke up early because she was feeling thirsty.
“Yes, love,” Calvin responded while preparing honey and warm water to drink.
“Why are you mixing warm water and honey?”
“A glass of warm water and honey on an empty stomach to lose weight.” He replied and gave her normal water to her.
“But why? You’re not fat.”RêAd lat𝙚St chapters at Novel(D)ra/ma.Org Only
“I know, but I don’t want to get fat even in the future,” Calvin replied and quickly changed the topic to teach her something interesting. “Do you know that honey is the only food that lasts forever?”
“Really?”
“It doesn’t get old, and it never expires, and this helps me to stay young forever.” He added with a wink.
“I don’t think it will work,” Roselet said after drinking the water.
“Why not?”
“You are getting old. I saw one white beard. It looks like even honey can’t save you from getting old.”
“What the…” Calvin’s mouth widened in shock.
“Good night, daddy. I’m going to sleep for a couple of hours more.” Roselet yawned and left from there to sleep again while Calvin searched for that particular white beard which he had to color as soon as possible.

“All these years, every doctor that Ethlyn lost her wolf and because of which she wasn’t able to heal, and now how is that possible that Cinder appeared in front of everyone out of the blue?” Abigail asked her mate, who was happy with the fact that finally, the other part of her daughter was alive.
“I thought that we could easily lie, Ethlyn, and she wouldn’t be able to figure out the truth, but with Cinder’s presence, she can sense lies easily.” She kept speaking. “But at that moment, I didn’t lie, did I? Nope. I told her the half-truth. She had asked about her pup, and I told her that the doctor couldn’t save her pup.”
