“Let me take a look at how Snowdrop is doing on the black market?” Millle said.
How much had the prices inflated?
Marvin hummed and followed her into the information room.
The gigantic screen in the room flickered, displaying the discussions of Snowdrop on the black market. There were more than two million threads about Snowdrop with more than two billion reads.
This wasn’t the main issue. The problem was that the price was also snowballing!
The price list in the upper right corner displayed the price of a Snowdrop to be ten billion dollars!
Marvin said, “Up till now, no one has gotten Snowdrop.”
Millie crossed her arms and frowned.
“Boss, is the Snowdrop really not with you?” Marvin looked at Millie.
Millie refused to reveal the truth. He was unsure of what was going on.
She looked at Marvin and raised an eyebrow. “I saw Joanna just now. She said the Snowdrop is with her,” she explained.
“That’s hilarious. No one knows where it is. She got a fake one, didn’t she? Or… she doesn’t have any at all, and she’s just fucking with you.”
“Ban Snowdrop in the black market,” Millie said and walked out.
Marvin widened his eyes. What did she mean? If she banned it, it meant that Snowdrop had appeared!
Millie glanced at Marvin and raised a brow. She asked, “Do you want to see the Snowdrop?”

Marvin’s eyes He asked, “Boss, is it really with you?”
Millie said nothing in response. She merely walked out. Marvin followed her.
She brought him to their underground warehouse
The warehouse was entirely automated. Once Millie scanned her fingerprints, windows opened on each storage box. Countless treasures could be seen inside!
Although Marvin had been here many times, he was awestruck every time he laid eyes on them.
Everyone said that Winston was the richest young man in Yerwick. However, Marvin thought that his title should’ve belonged to Millie.
He observed the little windows. How hadn’t he realized that Millie had Snowdrop here? He didn’t remember seeing it before.
The space was gigantic. Millie kept walking forward.
Marvin said, “Boss, if you continue going, it’ll be the area for Class A items.”
Their warehouse was divided into multiple classes, which were Class SSS, SS, S, and A respectively. Class A contained the least valuable items.
Who knew she wouldn’t even stop at the Class A section?
She stopped in front of an area where they kept a bunch of unwanted items.
Marvin smirked. He pulled Millie back and asked, “Boss, you’ve overshot, right?”
She must’ve forgotten where the Snowdrop was after not coming into the warehouse for too long!
“Let me check!” Just as Marvin was about to enter the system, Millie stopped him.
She coughed slightly, embarrassed.
Marvin watched as she dug the Snowdrop out from a bunch of scrap items!
Marvin’s eyes were as wide as saucers. He was absolutely dumbfounded.
Millie calmly took it out and put it on a flat surface. All content © N/.ôvel/Dr/ama.Org.
It was a herb protected by a translucent glass covering. It was undamaged and looked like a white
rose.
However, it was a little darker than a rose. Its stem was the most special thing about it, for it was aquamarine.
Marvin’s scanner immediately showed the categorization of this item–Rubbish Area, Snowdrop, Awaiting Destruction.
Marvin spluttered and held a hand to his chest. He was dumbstruck.
It was bad enough that it was thrown into the rubbish area. To catalog it as ‘Awaiting Destruction was ridiculous!
“The day it was about to be destroyed, I closed M Base,” she explained and added thoughtfully, “Who knew this thing would become so valuable within a few years?”
Marvin had never felt so thankful for Millie’s shutdown of M Base. He wanted to scream, “Thank you for closing our base down! It helped the Snowdrop survive!”
The black market had propelled the prices to unimaginable levels. Everyone went crazy looking for it. Someone lied that they had obtained the Snowdrop while Millie was playing dumb!
Turns out the real Snowdrop was buried in a heap of her rubbish!
How unfair.
