A Night With The Ruthless Mafia Don

Chapter 25: Unexpected Intrusion

“Hello, sweetheart,” Alejandro’s greeting resonated with a warm, endearing tone that reverberated through the room. His infectious, disarming grin had taken up residence on his face, stretching from ear to ear and casting a radiant glow upon him.

Marisa’s astonishment became palpable as her eyes remained fixed, unblinking, on Alejandro’s face. A whirlwind of inquiries swirled within her mind, like a storm of confusion. “What is he doing here? How did he even get here? How did he know my house address? Did someone tell him? Has he been stalking me?” These myriad questions raced through Marisa’s thoughts, all while her gaze remained firmly affixed to Alejandro’s face, paralyzed by shock.

“You look shocked to see me, Marisa,” Alejandro’s deep, mellifluous voice abruptly punctuated the tempest of her thoughts.

Marisa’s astonishment doubled when he mentioned her name, an unexpected revelation. “Wait! He also knows my name? When did I tell him my name?” she pondered, bewildered by this newfound layer of mystery.

“What are you doing here, and how did you even know my name?” were the first questions that tumbled from Marisa’s lips, the words escaping her lips as if propelled by the sheer force of her curiosity.

“Are you surprised that I know your name?” Alejandro responded, his smirk growing wider, a veil of enigmatic confidence shrouding him.

Marisa, now somewhat less agog, scoffed and crossed her arms over her chest, maintaining a defensive posture as she replied, “I’m not surprised. I just don’t remember telling you my name.”

“Well, I saw your name on the dating site…..” Alejandro began, poised to offer an explanation.

But before he could complete his statement, Marisa swiftly and stealthily silenced him, her hand gently covering his mouth. Alejandro’s eyes registered a mix of surprise and curiosity as they locked onto Marisa’s.

Marisa’s expression hardened, her eyes narrowing in a gesture of both caution and determination. She leaned in slightly, as if to impart the utmost importance to her next words.

“Shhhh,” she hushed him, her voice carrying an air of urgency and secrecy.”Don’t mention that stupid site. My son’s at home and I don’t want him hearing such nonsense. Do you understand?”

It was clear that Marisa had no intention of letting Alejandro divulge any more information about how he knew her name.

Alejandro, now muzzled by Marisa’s hand, couldn’t help but let his eyes dance with intrigue and a hint of mischief. His eyes seemed to convey, “Oh, what have we here? A woman who’s not easily taken by surprise. How fascinating.”

“Mommy, who’s that?” Jeffery’s tiny voice caught Marisa off guard, prompting her to step away from Alejandro and face her son.

As soon as Alejandro’s eyes landed on Jeffery, his face lit up with astonishment. It was almost as if he had discovered a pint-sized twin of himself. Jeffery’s eyes, his hair, and even the shape of his ears bore an uncanny resemblance to Alejandro’s features. For a brief moment, Alejandro found it somewhat difficult to trust his own eyes. He couldn’t help but wonder if Jeffery might somehow be his son. However, he swiftly dismissed that notion, recognizing it as impossible since he had only recently crossed paths with Marisa.

“Is he your son?” he inquired, taking his gaze off Jeffery.

Marisa, forcing a smile, answered, “Yes, he is.”

“Mommy, who’s that?” Jeffery pointed at Alejandro.

“He’s…”

“I’m your mom’s boyfriend,” Alejandro interjected, leaving Marisa in shock at his announcement.

“Mommy has a boyfriend?” Jeffery’s eyes widened inquisitively, while Alejandro sported a sly smirk.

“Yes, sweetheart. Mommy has a boyfriend, and that’s me,” Alejandro declared, keeping a steady gaze on Marisa, who glared at him with unspoken messages of disapproval.

“Come along, sweetheart, let’s step inside,” Marisa gently took Jeffrey’s hand, ensuring they entered before Alejandro had a chance to utter anything unwise. Alejandro followed them inside and discreetly shut the door behind him.

Admiring the room’s décor, Alejandro remarked, “You have a lovely home.”

“Jeffery, why don’t you go to your room and have some fun with your toys? I’ll call you when the pizza delivery arrives,” Marisa suggested to her son, whose gaze remained fixed on Alejandro due to their striking similarity.

“Mom, is he my dad?” Jeffrey questioned, diverting his eyes to Marisa.

Taken aback, Marisa quickly responded, “No, sweetheart, he’s not your father. Why do you ask?”

“Because he looks just like me. We’re so similar,” Jeffery pointed out, causing Alejandro’s smirk to widen.

“The boy’s correct; we do share a striking likeness,” Alejandro acknowledged, and Marisa scoffed before returning her attention to her son.

“Jeffrey, head to your room and enjoy your toys until the pizza arrives,” Marisa instructed, to which Jeffrey nodded and went to his room. Frustrated, Marisa ran her hand through her hair the moment Jeffrey left the living room.

“Your son and I undeniably share a striking resemblance,” Alejandro declared as he advanced toward Marisa.

Marisa’s voice brimmed with anger as she retorted, “So? What if you do resemble my son? What significance does that hold?”

Alejandro stood before her, reducing the gap between them, and replied, “It makes me ponder whether he might be my child.”

Upon hearing Alejandro’s response, a deep frown etched onto Marisa’s face.

“Are you out of your mind?” she exclaimed, the anger in her voice unmistakable. “Simply looking alike with my son doesn’t make you his father. Think before you speak, because if you say something foolish in my presence again, I won’t hesitate to slap some sense into you!” Marisa’s face bore an expression of frustration and fury, every word charged with emotion.

Alejandro’s smirk grew as he noticed Marisa’s strong confidence and the anger in her expression. He found her boldness surprising because it had been five years since anyone had spoken to him so fearlessly. The only person who had ever dared to do so was his deceased lover. Since her passing, no one else had shown the same courage Marisa displayed now.

“And why the hell are you smirking, huh?” Marisa asked, infuriated by his smirk.

Without uttering a word, Alejandro’s strong arm enveloped her waist, drawing her nearer, evoking a gasp of surprise that escaped her lips.

“Do you know, sweetheart?” Alejandro murmured, his voice laced with a menacing undertone. As his thumb trailed along her oval face, he continued, “The last person who dared to speak to me in this manner met a gruesome fate – his neck found itself severed by my hand.”

“And just who the hell do you think you are, huh? A mafia? A killer?” Marisa’s voice quivered with anger as she forcefully pushed his hand away.

“It appears you’ve forgotten how I killed those men who attempted to rape you the other day we first met,” Alejandro replied, his tone as cold as ice. Marisa’s eyes widened as the memories rushed back, replacing her anger with an overwhelming fear. She vividly recalled the brutal manner in which he had dispatched those who had tried to assault her.

All this time, she had seen him solely as the man from a fleeting encounter, completely disregarding the fact that he had once taken the lives of five men in her presence. The memory sent shivers down her spine, and a lump formed in her throat. She was left speechless, now seeing Alejandro from an entirely different perspective – as a ruthless killer.

“What’s the matter, sweetheart? Cat got your tongue?” Alejandro taunted, his smirk firmly in place.

Marisa desperately wanted to speak, but her fear of saying something that might provoke him into taking violent action, similar to what he had done to those men who had threatened her not long ago, kept her silent.

“Come on, sweetheart. Say something.” Alejandro whispered as he slowly guided her to the nearest wall. Marisa gasped when her back touched the wall, and Alejandro placed both his hands on the wall, caging her sexily.

Marisa’s heart started racing at their closeness. Her heart was racing so fast that she feared it might pop out of her ribs.

“I own you, Marisa,” He whispered dangerously into her ears as he fondled with her breasts, causing her to let out a soft moan which she tried so hard not to let out.

He smirked devilishly when he saw the effect he was having on her. His right hand found it’s way under her gown, and she moaned loudly when he shifted her panties.

“Yes,” He smirked darkly, “Moan for me, Marisa, because I own every part of you, starting from your soft breasts, to your sexy thighs and your divine honeypot. I own everything, and nothing will ever take you away from me. Not even the devil himself.”

“S… Stop this..” she said in the form of a moan as he inserted two fingers into her honeypot, and he started fingering her slowly.

“Please stop…. my son’s at home.” Marisa said as he held his hand, stopping him from fingering her.

As if on cue, the door swung open abruptly, revealing Dave’s entrance. His face bore a warm smile, and he clutched a bouquet of roses in his right hand. However, the instant his gaze fell upon the intimate scene between Marisa and Alejandro, his smile evaporated, and the bouquet tumbled from his grasp to the floor.

“Dave?” Marisa’s eyes widened with shock as she peered over Alejandro’s shoulder, spotting Dave standing at the door. Alejandro, too, pivoted to face Dave, and his eyes darkened with anger at the unexpected intrusion.
